Payment Policy

We strive to make our payment process as simple and transparent as possible. Payment for all services is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept multiple forms of payment including cash, check, and secure digital payment options such as Venmo or PayPal. Clients may request a formal invoice before or after service.

In the case of late payments, we reserve the right to apply late fees or pursue collections if necessary. Ongoing or repeat clients may be offered flexible billing options upon request.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. In cases of severe weather or equipment malfunction, we reserve the right to reschedule services to maintain safety and quality. We will always communicate schedule changes as early as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Service Guarantee

At Lake Country Helping Hands, LLC, we take pride in our workmanship and strive to exceed expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

We offer a re-clean or corrective service at no extra charge when appropriate. Our goal is to ensure every client feels confident in the quality and value of the services received. However, certain stains or wear-related damage may not be fully removable with pressure washing, and we will communicate realistic expectations before starting work.

Property & Safety

Safety is a top priority for our team and our clients. We ask that all outdoor areas to be serviced are cleared of vehicles, outdoor furniture, children’s toys, and fragile or valuable items before our arrival.

While our team is trained to handle equipment professionally and with care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items. We use eco-conscious cleaning solutions that are safe for most surfaces, plants, and pets, but we recommend keeping pets and children indoors during service.

Lake Country Helping Hands, LLC is fully insured and compliant with all relevant regulations. Should any accidents or property damage occur during the job, we will respond quickly and responsibly.
